By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We accept an order when we ship it. We may decline or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for reasons such as a pricing or listing error, a product that is no longer available, a fitment we cannot confirm, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund the full amount.
Prices are in US dollars and are per wheel unless the listing says otherwise. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Prices and availability can change at any time before we accept your order. Availability is shown per item and is not a reserved set until your order is accepted. If a price or description is wrong, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We work to keep sizes, bolt patterns, offsets, finishes and photos accurate, but manufacturers change specifications and finishes can look different on your screen. Load ratings and other technical data come from the manufacturer. If something on a product page matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it before you order.
The vehicle search and any fitment information on this site are suggestions based on general vehicle data. They do not account for every trim level, brake package, suspension change or other modification. Center bore, brake clearance, load rating and tire size must be confirmed for your vehicle before you order.
Our 100% fitment guarantee applies to fitments that our team confirmed for your vehicle, under the conditions in our Refund policy. Fitments you choose without our confirmation are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, incorrect hardware, modification, misuse, racing or competition use, overloading, impact or accident, or failure to follow these instructions.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Pay over time options such as Shop Pay Installments and Affirm are provided by those companies under their own terms. We may ask for additional verification before shipping an order, and we may cancel orders we cannot verify.
Shipping rates, transit times and delivery terms are in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Inspect your order when it arrives and report shipping damage or a wrong item within the time limits in our Refund policy.
Returns, exchanges, restocking fees, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund policy. Please read it before you order.
Protection plans, financing, payment and shipping services offered through this site are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for the services, websites or terms of other companies.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty coverage is between you and the manufacturer, and we are glad to help you file a claim.
Except for the fitment guarantee and the remedies described in our Refund policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we sell products and provide this site "as is" and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties, so this limit may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheels Outlet, Aspire Motoring Inc. and their owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, towing, rental, installation or labor costs. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to give accurate order and vehicle information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to copy, scrape or resell site content, interfere with the site, or place orders with false information. You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if a claim arises from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law.
The text, photos, graphics and software on this site belong to Wheels Outlet or its suppliers and may not be reused without written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
If you post a review or send us photos or comments, you confirm they are your own and truthful, and you give us permission to use, edit and publish them, at no charge, on our site and in our marketing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to those courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies named above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and your order.
