Wheels Outlet will pay 100% of the costs to ensure proper fitment or exchange for a different fitment but the same product to ensure proper fitment. At the time of the sale, the customer is responsible for disclosing what modifications have been done to the car, to be considered eligible.
Bends, scuffs? No need to worry, shipping damages are covered 100% ! If you receive a damaged product via shipping, We will cover 100% of the costs to exchange your damage product for a new product! Please contact us within 72 hours after packages have been confirmed delivered. Anytime passed 72 hours will not be accepted for shipping damages. Wheels Outlet will ship out the new product once the damaged goods have arrived at our warehouse.

Not liking the product ?
Not happy with the wheels or tires or product? You can exchange your item for another product of equal value. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from Wheels Outlet.
International shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping from and to Wheels Outlet with duties and taxes. Wheel and Tire packages, customers are responsible for mounting and balancing fees.
*There are NO RETURNS/No Exceptions on products, that have been customized to meet Customers Vehicle requirements ( Custom drilling, Paint, Powder coat, Shaving, etc )
Time Sensitivity: You must contact Wheels Outlet within 48 hours to report your dissatisfaction with the product.
If you wish to return your order, we will need to be notified of the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the Customer prefers a return for a refund and not an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in NEW condition (WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WHEELS THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED) The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee with all shipping duty charges from and to Wheels Outlet. Restocking fee will also apply to shipments that have been refused by the consumer. For Wheel & Tire packages, customer will be responsible to pay a $60 dismounting fee for all wheel and tire packages.
Refunds and Credit:
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement. Cash orders, a check will be sent out to customers shipping address. Paypal orders, Credit will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
All products and accessories sold by Wheels Outlet is sold Brand New Condition, products are covered by Manufacturer warranty. The Manufacturer Warranty Coverage ONLY exists directly with and between the customer and Manufacturer. Wheels Outlet has no duty to become involved with manufacturer warranty claims, however we can assist you to contact your manufacturer. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs concerning ANY manufacturers warranty or issues unless stated otherwise.
